A new server for the MMORPG EverQuest has launched in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This, coupled with a recent server launch in the United Kingdom that hosts more than 2,000 simultaneous players per day, will bring faster access to some of the franchise's 425,000 subscribers.

EverQuest, which originally launched in 1999, has continued to expand with added servers and game expansions. Its fourth expansion, The Planes of Power, is currently in production.
