Obsidian Entertainment and Versus Evil have released a new trailer for the upcoming Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. The trailer gives a brief glimpse of the features available in-game, including new options like being given charge of a boat and exploring the high seas.

Deadfire takes players to the Deadfire Archipelago where they attempt to hunt down the god, Eothas, who destroyed the player's keep from the first game. Players will be able to transfer their character over from the first game and any decisions that character made. The game will release on PC, Mac, and Linux on May 8, 2018.
