Edit — On top of the countries listed below, the game will also not be available in Ireland and New Zealand.

PQube has revealed that dungeon-crawler Omega Labyrinth Z will not be released in the UK. The UK's Video Standards Council rating board has refused the game a rating, preventing it from being sold legally in the country. The VSC provided details on the reasoning for its decision on its official website. This news follows similar decisions by the USK in Germany and the ACB in Australia, meaning the game will not be released in those countries either. PQube will still be releasing the game in the US and other European countries.

Omega Labyrinth Z is the sequel to Omega Labyrinth, a game released for PlayStation Vita only in Japan in 2013. The fanservice-heavy game features roguelike gameplay involving various female combatants from the Embellir Girls Academy, whose power is tied to their breast size. The game will release in the spring of 2018.
