Following on from its earlier teaser, Square Enix has announced that Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is coming to iOS and Android in Japan. The game will released in the spring of 2018, with no news yet regarding a potential English release of the iOS and Android version. A brief new trailer introduces the main character Lenneth, which includes some gameplay footage.

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth was originally released in 2006 as a PlayStation Portable remake of the first title in the series, which was released for PlayStation in 2001. The game is heavily based on Norse mythology and follows Lenneth Valkyrie after she is tasked by the gods Odin and Freya with recruiting Einherjar, spirits of fallen warriors, for the coming of Ragnarok.
