Bandai Namco announced that it will be releasing the Warriors of the Sky update for Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization this week. The update will be available for free on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America and Europe on March 14, 2017. Two free pieces of DLC, Lord of Inferno and Missing Chest, will also be available to download separately.

The Warriors of the Sky update adds in two more characters who previously appeared in Sword Art Online: Lost Song, Seven and Rain. It also features a new stage called the Salvatos Ruins featuring multiple new areas, and adds the Duel System, which lets players compete one-on-one in fights against each other but also in PvE fights against other monsters.

For the DLC packs, Lord of Inferno adds in a strong raid boss in the Salvatos Ruins, while Missing Chest causes a treasure chest to appear in the Teleport Plaza and lets players exchange Gold Pieces for items. The update also adds in the "Sacrament Dungeon 3" challenge, which includes eight new high-level dungeons.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization is the third Sword Art Online game to be released in the west and is available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. RPGamer has a review for the PlayStation Vita version of the game.
