With NieR: Automata nearly out in Japan and weeks away in North America and Europe, Square Enix has released a new gameplay trailer for the game. The trailer features prominent gameplay of each of the game's four weapon classes: small swords, large swords, spears, and combat bracers.

NieR: Automata is the distant sequel to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 title NieR and follows the android 2B as she is sent to clear Earth of hostile machines. The game releases on PlayStation 4 in North America on March 7, 2017, and in Europe on March 10, 2017. A PC version is also planned for sometime in 2017.
