In preparation of its imminent release in Japan, Nippon Ichi's The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 has received a pre-release trailer. The two-and-a-half minute video showcases a plethora of the game's art assets, all set to a poppy Japanese tune. However, no actual gameplay is included in this trailer, though a few seconds of it are present in the fifteen-second TV spot released simultaneously.
Though much of the original game's cast and setting have departed, players will still control a knight as he does the witch Cerca's bidding. The PlayStation 4 exclusive is seeing the light of day on February 23, 2017, in Japan, while a localized version coming to our shores has not yet been announced.
