BioWare has released the first in a new series of gameplay trailers for its latest entry in the Mass Effect series, Mass Effect: Andromeda. The first of these videos is just over five minutes long and focuses primarily on the game's combat that heavily revolves around weapons and skills.

Mass Effect: Andromeda marks a fresh start for the Mass Effect series, taking place in the neighbouring Andromeda galaxy as opposed to the original trilogy, which took place entirely within the Milky Way. Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in North America on March 21, 2017 and in Europe on March 24, 2017.
