Tales of Berseria

A trio of high profile releases hit North America and Europe this week, and unsurprisingly all three have come with launch trailers in tow. The three games in questions are Bandai Namco's Tales of Berseria, Sega's Yakuza 0, and Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts HD II.8: Final Chapter Prologue, and the three trailers for the games can be seen below.

Tales of Berseria is the latest mainline title in the long-running Tales series. The game is a distant prequel to Tales of Zestiria, following Velvet as she embarks upon a quest of revenge. The game is available now in North America for PlayStation 4, with its European PlayStation 4 and global PC release (via Steam) set for January 27, 2017.

Yakuza 0 is also a prequel, this time to the Yakuza series as a whole. The game takes place in 1980s Tokyo and follows series mainstays Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima in their younger days. Yakuza 0 is available now exclusively on PlayStation 4 in North America, with its European release set for January 27, 2017. Those looking to read more can check out Sam Wachter's review of the game.

Finally, Kingdom Hearts HD II.8: Final Chapter Prologue is third collection of Kingdom Hearts titles, following PlayStation 3 releases Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD II.5 ReMIX. The collection is made up of three distinct parts: Dream Drop Distance HD, Kingdom Hearts χ (Chi) Back Cover, and Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep: A Fragmentory Passage. As with Yakuza 0, Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 is available now exclusively on PlayStation 4 in North America, with its European release set for January 27, 2017.
