Deep Silver has announced that Sacred 3 is well on its way toward completion. The game will release for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on August 26.

Sacred is a hack'n'slash series known for its large worlds and complex character development systems. Sacred 3 will feature drop-in, drop-out co-op multiplayer, for two players locally and four players online.
