Tecmo Koei has released a demo in North America for its upcoming Vita action RPG Toukiden: The Age of Demons. The demo can be downloaded now from the PlayStation Network in North America, with Europeans able to download it next week on January 29.

The demo allows players to sample the first two chapters of the game in their entirety, as well as allowing full access to character customisation, weapon types, and equipment upgrades. Players will also be able to sample the game's online component, with the demo allowing up to four players to team up over seven multiplayer missions. Save progress including equipment, items, story progress, and a portion of currency, will be transferable to the main game when it launches on February 11 (February 14 in Europe).
