Blizzard revealed this evening at the PlayStation Meeting that they will be converting Diablo III not only for the just announced PlayStation 4, but also for the PlayStation 3. Chris Metzen, of Blizzard, mentioned that the game would have a 4-player mode, and will have a new interface designed to work well with the controller. No release details were given, but the company mentioned new details would be revealed in the upcoming months.

The console versions of Diablo III will be shown off at PAX East, but it is unknown which version will be shown. The PlayStation 4 is scheduled for Holiday 2013 release, so more details on this game will surely be released prior to this.
