Today's Nintendo Direct for Europe saw plenty of RPG-related announcements for the region. The Europe-specific section of the presentation began with the reveal of the release date for both the Wii U and 3DS version of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate as March 22, 2013, three days after the North American release.

Nintendo also confirmed that the European release date for Fire Emblem: Awakening, which was released earlier this month in North America, will be April 19. As an apology for the delay in releasing later than other regions, Nintendo announced the release of a special edition of the 3DS XL with a blue Fire Emblem colour scheme and Fire Emblem: Awakening pre-loaded. It was also noted that Europe would receive all of the DLC that has been released in Japan.

In addition, it was announced that two Atlus games would be released on the 3DS this year, with Etrain Odyssey IV coming in the Spring followed by Code of Princess in the Summer. Namco Bandai's crossover-RPG Project X Zone, was also confirmed for a Summer release in the region.

One more RPG release was announced for the Summer, with confirmation of the third game in Level-5's Inazuma Eleven coming out in the region with two spearate versions, Inazuma Eleven 3: Spark and Inazuma Eleven 3: Bomber, similarly to the release of Inazuma Eleven 2. Finally, the date of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity was confirmed as May 17, 2013. Those who wish to view the full presentation can do so below.
