Thanks to an Amazon retail listing, it appears as if Aksys Games will be localizing the PlayStation Vita remake of Muramasa, titled Muramasa Rebirth. This new release will see the return of Momohime and Kisuke as well as four new characters each starring in their own scenario. These new characters are going to be paid DLC. Muramasa's hand-drawn style is back, fully upgraded from the Wii release to fit the Vita's screen. The control scheme has been tweaked and jump is now mapped to a button and the localization is completely new for this version. The game will be available in both a physical release and via the PlayStation Network when it releases.
