Marvelous Interactive opened a website for the upcoming Wii rendition of the its popular farming simulation games, Harvest Moon: The Island that I Grew Up On. So far, there is not much on the site, but there is a brief description of the story. There is also the first update to the character page, and it has artwork for the male or female leads along with details about two new characters, Mai and Kotomi.
Currently, the game is set for a release sometime this year in Japan for an unspecified price. While a North American announcement has yet to be made, the Harvest Moon series has a relatively good track record for English localizations.
Check back to RPGamer for more details when Marvelous adds more information to the website.
