In what may be a gaming first, this week brought the release of two individual titles in Namco's long-running Tales series. The game releases were spread across two different consoles for multiple continents.
North American PlayStation 2 owners can now pick up the most recent console iteration, Tales of Legendia, which tells the story of Senel Coolidge as he explores an ancient ship in search of his missing sister. RPGamer previewed the game here, and a full review will be coming shortly.
Meanwhile, UbiSoft has shipped Tales of Eternia for the PlayStation Portable to European retailers. The game is a port of the PlayStation game which received the name of Tales of Destiny II when it was originally released in North America. No North American release has been announced.
