Musashi and Cloud Join Mobile Jamboree

On March 15, Square Enix announced the availability of a new title, as well as plans to release another title for the Verizon Wireless V CAST service. Final Fantasy VII Snowboarding and Musashi Mobile Samurai will both be playable games for the service. Musashi Mobile Samurai became available on March 15 and Final Fantasy VII Snowboarding is still awaiting a release date.

Many gamers remember the snowboarding mini game from the Gold Saucer amusement park in Final Fantasy VII. Final Fantasy VII Snowboarding is a complete port of the original mini game.

Musashi Mobile Samurai is based on the upcoming console title, Musashi: Samurai Legend. The wireless Musashi game is an original 3D spin off of the game.

Customers will be able to access the V CAST network for a monthly fee of $15.00, in addition to their regular Verizon Wireless calling plan. Gamers interested in Final Fantasy VII Snowboarding and Musashi Mobile Samurai will have to shell out a $2.99 monthly access fee or a $9.99 for unlimited use purchase on the LG VX8000.
