Paper Mario 2 Lifts Off the Drawing Board

The long-awaited sequel to Nintendo's unique Paper Mario has at last been confirmed by Nintendo to be in production under the development of Intelligent Systems, the same studio that brought us Fire Emblem and the original Paper Mario. Intelligent Systems promises to remain true to Paper Mario's distinctive flavor, but has hinted at many new innovations to come out of the 2D/3D juxtaposition. One example that has been released is that Mario can fold himself into a paper airplane and explore. Battles will also feature highly unorthodox abilities sure to catch players by surprise.

We are hoping to see Paper Mario 2 at E3 this year. We will make sure to keep you informed as the event unfolds.
