02.23.01 - The Great Below

Up a little late this week, my appologies. Was up till dawn a little late last night, walking the streets with two friends in a drunken haze having fun with some chaps of mine and passed out was unable to stay awake long enough to do the update on time.

But, without further ado, I give you-

Vlishgnath: "RRAAAAARRRRR"

... *bash*

Vlishgnath: "mmmrrrppphhhh..."

...anyway. The music's below. Enjoy!

    MP3 Remixes

    "Theme for Guitar"
Barfington disembarks from the Digital Department this week to bring us some more of his unique solo guitar work for Kefka, Shadow, and the Prelude themes.

    "Sarabond"
I didn't get a chance to snag a better description of this tune from Takami this week (sorry bud) so don't kill me if the title has nothing to do with the actual tune. 8) And as always, Takami continues to astound with his grasp of music and his deadly ability to crank out such great songs.

    Midi Composition

    "Terra Mix (Terra's Theme Remix"
Kudos to BigJoe for throwin together this great medly. Definately a great personal touch.

    "Cid's Theme (Dermot)"
Dermot always does an absolutely excellent job of capturing the sound-track quality of his sequences. Awesome job as always man.

    "Final Fantasy 9"
*shakes head* Jeff has outdone himself on this one. First, he gave us a library of Tactics music last week, and now he's knocked another item of the Most Wanted list this week with his generous contribution of FF9 midi's. I'd pick a few to individually comment on, but they're all just great and I want to get this update up sometime today. ;) Mad kudoz to Jeff. Hey, how about some Valkyrie Profile music???

    Digital Music

    "Bagpipes de Chocobo"
lol! This is too cool. I never thought I'd see the day when a team of Scottish Bagpipe musicians would play Final Fantasy music. You are the man Elcalen.
