This one is pretty easy. Just rush Algus. You shouldn't really worry about the other people, just tool off on Algus. He starts out close to you, so you should be able to reach him in a turn or two. He only has a crossbow, so he can't hit you when you're close. You might want to try breaking his armor with a Knight or something, it makes the battle much easier.
