	Comment:	Final Fantasy 9 seemed to me to be both the most nostalgic and refreshing entry in the series, and a tragic sequence of misfires. While the battle system was cumbersome and the writing poor, the art direction was first rate, a fantastic menagerie of 19th century designs, with plenty of personality and style.
