We're back from a two week vacation with some brand new editorials. I'm hoping that 2008 will spark some new life into the editorials section and that means we need your help. As of right now, I have zero editorials from readers or staff. That has to change if people want this section to continue. If you are curious about submitting an editorial but aren't quite sure how, please check out the guidelines. I implore you, ready your submissions and send them in soon. A prize of cookies may be involved. For now, let's get to the meat of the column: the editorials.

We start today off with Points of View Curator Adriaan "omegabyte" den Ouden. He brings us his take on the blending of genres in 2007.
