It's here! The game we've all been waiting for from Enix, Dragon Warrior VII. Boy, does RPGamer have a surprise for you. Naturally, RPGamer was able to get away with a couple copies of the game for our readers. However, we also got our hot little hands on slimes! That's right, you can be the envy of all RPGamers with your very own slime to love and hold for the rest of your life.

For this contest, you need creativity. One of Dragon Warrior VII's draws to the RPGamer is the expansive class system. To win our contest, you must choose one of the 20 types of human classes from Dragon Warrior VII, and tell us why the class you chose is your favorite. All we're providing is the names of the classes. It's up to you to research all details about a class before writing in. Material used is not limited to Dragon Warrior, and extra points may be given for a less popular game of reference. Entries should be between 500-1000 words, but length is not as important as content.

Send your entries to Contest@rpgamer.com. Be sure to include your First Name, Last Name, and email address (If entrant is under the age of 18, entry must be made by parent or legal guardian). Entries must be attached to the email, as a text document.

Official Contest rules:

1) All entries must be sent to the specified e-mail address in the above direction by 11:59 PM PST on November 9, 2001. Limit of one entry per person; repeat entries will be disqualified.

2) Prizes will be awarded according to RPGamer's criteria, which includes, but is not limited to, coherency, quality, spelling, grammar, and overall impact. Prizes are as follows:

• (1) Dragon Warrior VII for PlayStation + (1) Large Blue slime - 8" x 11" (h x w)
• (1) Dragon Warrior VII for PlayStation + (1) Blue slime - 4" x 7" (h x w)
• (1) Blue slime - 4" x 7" (h x w)

Contest begins Friday, November 2, 2001 and continues until Friday, November 9, 2001. A list of winners will be posted on http://www.rpgamer.com no later than 6:00 PM Pacific on Monday, November 26, 2001. Chances of winning depend upon the number of contest entries.

Winners will be notified via e-mail by Monday, November 12, 2001. Winners will be required to reply to the e-mail within seven (7) business days, including his/her mailing information, or forfeit the prize. Except where prohibited, by accepting said prize, winners consent to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of prizes. All prizes will be awarded. No cash or other substitution for prizes except at the option of RPGamer, for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.
