April Contest Rules

1.) No purchase necessary.     2.) To enter the April Contest, first download the RPG Quotes Crossword Puzzle (Zip File: 695KB). Complete the puzzle, then return it, along with the official entry form, to RPGamer April Contest, P.O. Box 11457, Salt Lake City, UT, 84147. Entries must be postmarked no later than April 30th, 1999 and received no later than May 6th, 1999. Limit one entry per person, per envelope.     3.) Winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by May 6th, 1999. Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prizes - A Shadow Madness T-Shirt, autographed by the CraveYard Team and a copy of Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete1. Four (4) First Prize - A Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete Polo shirt2. Six (6) Second Prizes - A copy of the Shadow Madness Playable Demo, with Jade Cocoon movie. Six (6) Third Prizes - A Milo's Astro Lanes3 T-Shirt. Ten (10) Fourth Prizes - A Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete Poster. One (1) Early Bird Prize4 - A copy of Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete. If no correct entries are received, winners will be chosen from the entries with the most correct answers.     4.) RPGamer's decisions in all respects relative to the Contest are final. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Contest is offered by RPGamer.com, P.O. Box 11457, Salt Lake City, UT, 84147. RPGamer.com is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, or misdirected postal mail. By participating and winning a prize, the winner releases RPGamer and its employees and sponsors from any and all liability with respect to any prize. RPGamer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest in cases of fraud or prize supply limits, as determined by RPGamer in its sole discretion. RPGamer reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by RPGamer in its sole discretion.     5.) Winners will be notified by email or phone on May 6th, 1999. Winners will be required to reply to the email or phone call within seven (7) business days, or forfeit the prize. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become property of RPGamer and none will be returned. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes. All prizes will be awarded. No cash or other substitution for prizes except at the option of the sponsors, for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian.     6.) The contest is open to all readers of RPGamer.com, except employees of RPGamer.com, Crave Entertainment, Working Designs, and their immediate familes.     7.) Contest begins April 6th, 1999 and continues through April 30th, 1999. All entries must be received by May 6th, 1999. A preliminary list of winners will be posted on www.rpgamer.com no later than 6pm MDT, May 6th, 1999. Chances of winning depend upon the number of contest entries. 1. If Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete is not available at the time of the drawing, demos of Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete will be awarded, with the winners receiving a full copy of the game when it becomes available. 2. At total of Four (4) Lunar: The Silver Star Story Complete Polo shirts are available, Two (2) in Xtra Large (XL) and Two (2) in Large (L). Winners will be given a choice of sizes, in the order they are drawn. 3. Milo's Astro Lanes is not an RPG, but, since we have the shirts, we thought we might as well give them away. 4. The Early Bird Prize will be awarded randomly from all entries received no later than April 15th, 1999.
