This one began from a small idea, a close-up of Yuna's face and a full-length image beside it. I did a lot of experimenting along the way like learning new tricks with the history brush and using feathered selections for controlled fades. The face in the center is not embossed - it looked ugly that way so I used a color-inversed copy with a slight offset instead and set both opaque (around 10).

I made this to add to my fairly extensive RPG wallpaper collection a few months prior to submitting it, and only did so upon discovering that I could send in custom-made wallpapers. It is comprised of many cropped pictures from various FF games, separated by simple black lines, with an added lens flare effect.

It's basically just Tidus. I was messing around with some of the different effects and it turned out ok, I guess, though really weird.

I tried to get the emotion of Auron when he opens himself to Yuna when she sends him along Jecht(and I think I did it pretty well). Red mostly.

Tidus wallpaper. Thought I'd give this a shot. I think it turned out okay, but looking back on it I may have chose a different font for the top of the wallpaper. It looks like he is missing a foot, but he isn't. He is sideways *like in a blitzball game* and his leg is behind him *like in a running motion*.

Yuna, from FFX. It's a slightly old background I made, back when FFX came out and I got it.. I liked Yuna so I wanted to make a wallpaper of her and this was the result.. I may make a new Yuna one later on.. Who knows..

A worthy parody (I think) of the Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven box art. Auron has the whole Japanese swordsmanaura, so I thought that he'd be the best character for this parody-style wallpaper of a game about shinobi. Oh, and wrath of heaven is one of the character's attacks, so I used his overdrive style as inspiritation. Umm... enjoy!

Lots of FFX backgrounds are either Yuna, Tidus, or Auron. I really haven't seen any of the Aeons, so I thought I would make a couple. This is one of Sandy, one of the Magus Sisters. I tried to make a nice bright picture, and I think this came out just fine.

It's strange really, the things I'll sudenly decide to do at 3am when I'm too tired to realise how time consuming it will be.

I know there's quite a few FFX wallpapers up here, but I couldn't resist submitting this - it's my first (don't do this sort of thing often), inspired by another lovely desktop featuring a similar theme - Tidus and Yuna, the couple that is, and Auron and Lulu, the couple that should have been ;)

My first wallpaper and submission ever. Dedicated to my favorite character from FFX, Auron! Quote taken from the game though to say where would be a spoiler in of itself. Well, actually, now that I think about it...this whole wallpaper is a spoiler XD

Another Yuna wallpaper. I think there are too many of her as it is yet look at me...I'm contributing -_-;; But at least it came out the way how I wanted it too. The hardest thing about it was the full body length pic of Yuna on the right. I had to actually "make" that by basically smashing tons of frame-by frame screenshots together from the Sending FMV. It was hard because the not only was the camera angle changing, but so was the zoom. So I had to do lots of editing. It's ironic to think that I to put so much effort into something only to have it look like I didn't put any into it at all ;p Yuna's face was probably the only other thing that took some effort to edit. I flipped the pic and reversed the eye colors as well as some nifty blur editing to give her face a nice glow effect.

Originally I wanted to make a Zanarkand backgound using Lulu, Kimahri and Auron in the foreground, but it ended up turning into a Yuna one instead ;p

I said I'd have more individual character wallpapers, and here's the second. It's a little more bold than I normally do, but I think the style fits her quite well. I played with her thief aspect a bit, which explains the various jewels. I wasn't sure at first, but my sister said she liked it the way it was. More to come!

This is one of my more complex peices. Several pictures from this rather memorable scene are arranged around the the central image: the very symbolic view of Yuna walking on water. Enjoy!
