Final Viewpoint

[08/23/2009] I've had this really nice Timex watch since high school. It's served me well, but I finally had to give in and get a new one when I somehow lost 20 minutes earlier this week. It was already in rough shape; the face and band were a bit scuffed and the chronograph was completely broken. So now I have a new Swatch watch, and I'm quite happy with it.

I've also started playing A Witch's Tale. It's surprisingly fun, but also incredibly easy. I think I'm enamored with the visual style more than anything. My love of Tim Burton movies places this game squarely in my alley, and the fact that it's based heavily on fairy tales, particularly Through the Looking Glass, makes it all the more enjoyable for me. The shallow difficulty is kind of lame, unfortunately, but it hasn't ruined the game for me yet.

Three seems to be the magic number lately. The fall gaming season starts very soon, though, so hopefully we'll start seeing more coming in.
