According to a recent issue of the Japanese magazine Jump, Square Enix is adding yet another special feature to Final Fantasy X-2 International, the Japan-only enhanced version of the PlayStation 2 title Final Fantasy X-2. This unique addition is a form of monster catching called "Creature Create" mode.

The "Creature Create" mode will allow players to set out pods to catch monsters. Captured monsters can become useful allies in battle, and each fight makes them stronger. The game will also feature special battles between monsters with rewards for players.

The North American version of Final Fantasy X-2, which will most likely not include the bonus content, will arrive in stores in early December. FFX-2 International will be released in Japan sometime this winter.
