Namco's latest major RPG project, Xenosaga, is scheduled for release on February 28, 2002, and will retail at 7800 yen ($61.97 USD). A limited edition will also be available; it will be released on the same day as the regular edition, but will include extras and will retail at a higher price of 12800 yen ($101.67 USD).

Xenosaga takes place during Episode I in the chronology of the Xeno series, four stories before Xenogears, which is Episode V. Players will follow KOS-MOS, Chaos, and Shion Uzuki through a Sci-fi adventure.

It was recently announced that Xenosaga will be localized for North American audiences, but a solid release date or publisher has yet to be announced. RPGamer will inform you when such details arise.
