With the ever-increasing popularity of video game music comes a string of new soundtrack releases based on various Final Fantasies. The next entry into Sony Music International Inc's image series will contain an arranged version of Final Fantasy X's "Zanarkland." The album is called image d'amour and is available now at 2520 yen ($20.33).

Also, two soundtracks based on Square's recent Final Fantasy Unlimited animated television series will be released by Avex Mode. The first to be released will be a single entitled Over the Fantasy, and will be available on December 5, 2001 at 1260 yen ($10.16). Two weeks later, on the 19th of December, the entire soundtrack will be released; it will be called FFU: Music Adventure and will retail at 3059 yen ($24.68).

Although it is doubtful any of these soundtracks will ever be available in the North American or European markets, the albums will most likely be obtainable through online retailers by import.
