Black Matrix, the Dreamcast SRPG, will not be coming to America anytime soon, because Tommo has announced that they will not be localizing it for American release. Tommo's other Dreamcast RPG, Evolution: Seventh Cross, has been released as scheduled. Strategy RPG fans should have nothing to fear, though, with the recent deluge of DC SRPGs in Japan, surely some will make it to America next year.
