Taito has released a bit of new information about its upcoming PlayStation 2 RPG, Rakugaki Kingdom. It appears as if a "Training mode" will be available, which will allow players to draw characters that they can later use in the game. This fits along with the highly animated, light-hearted look of the game. In addition, an animated tie-in looks to appear in Japan this summer, featuring characters from the game.
Finally, a concrete price and date have been announced for the game: It will appear on Japanese shelves on March 20th for 6,800 yen (about $50.95). No news on a North American release has been announced, but RPGamer will be sure to bring news of any changes.
