New information on the upcoming Lord of the Rings RPG by Cubicle Seven and Sophisticated Games has been released. The first books of The One Ring: Adventures over the Edge of the Wild will consist of a Loremaster's Guide and Adventurer's Book. These are set for an August release and will focus on the Wilderland between the Misty Mountains, Mirkwood and the Lonely Mountain 5 years after the events of The Hobbit. Each subsequent year will see a new core rules release progressing the time line toward the War of the Ring. In between these releases gamers can expect a full line of supplements including a Rivendell sourcebook and campaign guide to be released 'soon'.

Cubicle Seven has also agreed to act as distributor for Monkey House Games' Villains & Vigilantes superhero roleplaying game. This includes existing products as well as any upcoming book-length releases. Now that this contract has been finalized, Monkey House Games will be closing their print-on-demand store on Lulu at the end of June.
