Defiant Development has announced that it will release its new title, Hand of Fate 2, on Xbox One and Xbox One X on December 1, 2017. This marks several weeks since the game initially launched on PlayStation 4, PC, and Mac on November 7, 2017. The Xbox One release will also share the pricing for the game at $29.99/€24.99.

Hand of Fate 2 continues the gameplay and style of the first game by once again pitting the player against the Dealer, who builds dungeons out of decks of cards which players must combat with their own deck of cards. New features to the game include new companion characters, a character creator, new tabletop minigames, overhauled combat, and an overworld map.
