After some teasing, Otherside Entertainment has announced that it will be making System Shock 3, a sequel to the classic System Shock 2. The sequel will be made with the help of former Looking Glass Studios — the company who made System Shock 2 — employees, including Paul Neurath, who oversaw the original games' development; Nate Wells, a senior artist on System Shock 2; and Robb Waters, lead artist on both games and designer of series' villain SHODANs updated look, which can be found at the game's teaser site here. Terri Brosius is also set to return as the voice of SHODAN.
Otherside said that the game is in early concept phases at this time and that fans can sign up for updates through the game's website. No other details, including release dates or platforms, were given by the company.
