Euro Release Dates Emanate from Nintendo

The European region has traditionally been recklessly shoved to one side by slobbering publishers eager to release yet another football game instead of a quality RPG, but that situation is changing at a rather frightening pace. Nintendo echoed this sentiment today by announcing release dates for a panoply of role-playing titles headed for the continent (and the UK) during the first half of 2004.

The list, shown below, will not excite North Americans too much, but European gamers will welcome the late arrival of some highly anticipated titles.

• Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, GameCube (UbiSoft) - February 15th
• Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, Game Boy Advance (UbiSoft) - February 15th
• Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, GameCube (Nintendo) - March 11th
• Sword of Mana, Game Boy Advance (Nintendo) - March 18th
• Phantasy Star Online III: C.A.R.D. Revolution, GameCube (SEGA) - Q2 2004
• Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hands, Game Boy Advance (Konami) - Q2 2004
• Shining Soul 2, GameCube (THQ) - Q2 2004
