Square has announced that it intends to make an appearance in Japan's upcoming Jump Festival, taking place later this month. The games currently planned for display at the event are said to consist mostly of their already released PlayStation2 and Wonderswan titles, which may be shown in a movie format similar to the presentation at the Square Millennium Conference. As well, there is always the possibility that Square will release something new.

The Jump Festival will be held on December 23rd and 24th in Tokyo, Japan, and is sponsored by Shueisha Publishing Company, who is working with Square to bring manga to their PlayOnline service. A number of other publishers are scheduled to present at the show, including Capcom, Enix and Sony. Further information on this event is available at the Japanese Jump Festival Webpage.
