If you can and sometimes do command your Pikachu, this might be exactly the type of game that you've been waiting for. Pikachu Genki Dechu is a Nintendo 64 game that allows you to command your Pikachu using a special microphone and voice recognition. The microphone hooks into your Nintendo 64 controller's bottom input. The game is simple: raise your Pikachu. The translation process, which is far more intense when you consider that all of the voice recognition must be altered, is reported to be well underway, and the game is expected to be released sometime next year. Expect Nintendo to show this off as one of their stronger U.S. titles at E3.
