Idea Factory International announced that its latest Neptunia spin-off, Superdimension Neptunia vs. Sega Hard Girls, will be released in North America on October 18, 2016, with its European release following on October 21, 2016. The game will be released physically and digitally for PlayStation Vita, with its digital version compatible with the PlayStation TV.

Superdimension Neptunia vs. Sega Hard Girls is crossover between the Neptunia and Sega Hard Girls franchises, both of which star female anthropomorphic representations of video game consoles. The game stars Neptunia's IF and new character Hatsune Sega as its main protagonists, and is set around the Great Library that grants access to different historical eras in its universe.
