In a trailer released by NIS America, players get a chance to meet Shinoa Akizuki, one of the titular cons of its upcoming Criminal Girls 2: Party Favors. Apart from some combat scenes, the trailer exposes a few of the unusual motivation methods that players can use in order to rehabilitate the girls' criminal behaviors. Shown in video are snippets of touch-screen-based activities called "Scrubby Scrub" and "Spanking X."

PlayStation Vita players will be able to start turning the girls back into functioning members of society on September 20, 2016 in North America. Those in Europe will receive the game on September 23, 2016.
