Sony revealed that Stormcloud Games' dungeon-crawling RPG, Brut@l, will be released digitally for PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe on August 9, 2016. The game will form part of its PLAY 2016 lineup with Headliner, Abzu, and Bound, which gives PlayStation Plus subscribers a 20% pre-order discount on its standard $14.99/£11.99/€14.99 price.

Brut@l features beat-em-up-style combat and ASCII-inspired graphics. The game tasks players with beating a twenty-six-floor dungeon. Progress through the dungeon is lost upon death, though if players collect enough loot (a currency in this game) they may be able to get an extra life.
