Snowcastle Games announced that its Kickstarter-funded RPG, Earthlock: Festival of Magic, will be released for PC, Mac, and Xbox One on September 1, 2016. The developer is also hoping to release the Linux version on that same date, with releases for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii U to follow as soon as possible afterwards.

Earthlock: Festival of Magic received funding through a Kickstarter campaign in April 2014. The game is turn-based RPG set on the magical world of Umbra. Some time long before the game's events, the world suddenly stopped spinning, leaving one half of the world constantly under sunlight and the other left in darkness. Players start as Amon, a scavenger who becomes embroiled in a conflict involving the Suvian Empire.
