Sony has released a new gameplay video for it's upcoming action-RPG title, Freedom Wars. The video, viewable below, sees one of the PlayStation Blog staff members undertaking a civilian rescue mission with the help of three friends.

Freedom Wars sees players take control of a prisoner working to reduce a one million year sentence by fighting against creatures known as Abductors. The game is due to be released for PlayStation Vita in North America and Europe later this year.
