Namco Bandai has released a short teaser trailer for Digimon World Re:Digitize. Although gameplay footage is thin on the ground, it shows the game's protagonist running around the Digital World alongside series mascot Agumon. Suzuhito Yasuda, character designer for Atlus's Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor series, will be responsible for character design.

Namco Bandai will be revealing more in the coming weeks. Digimon World Re:Digitize is currently set for a 2012 release in Japan on the PlayStation Portable.
