The creators of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning made an informal announcement at the San Diego Comic-Con last month that their highly anticipated RPG will be coming in February. Now, in a more formal press release, 38 Studios and EA have announced more specific release dates. Reckoning will be released in North America on February 7, and will arrive in Europe just three days later on February 10.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is intended as the first game of many to be set in the world of Amalur, which was created by R. A. Salvatore, famous for his best-selling Forgotten Realms novels. It will be available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
