Fable III's developers have greatly improved their housing customization system over the one in Fable II. Players can now swap any kind of furniture into a house, move furniture around, and change the wallpaper pattern. Alternately, they can ask their Cleese-voiced butler to optimize the decor for maximum profit value. See it all in action in this official trailer:
