Speculation about a possible new SaGa game has been rampant ever since Square-Enix put up an enigmatic new teaser site as part of its new SaGa webportal. Fans did not have to speculate long, though, because Square-Enix has already released information on SaGa 3: Jikyuu no Hasha: Shadow or Light for the DS. This will be a remake of Final Fantasy Legend 3 for the Game Boy.

Unfortunately, Square-Enix hasn't brought the previous SaGa remake on the DS, SaGa 2, to this side of the Pacific. It is very uncertain if there will be a localized version of SaGa 3. Still, fans of the series can hope.
