Retailer Toys 'R' Us has begun to take preorders for the Collector's Edition of the upcoming Wii Platformer/RPG hybrid Epic Mickey. The Collector's Edition comes with an additional behind-the-scenes DVD, two Wii skins, a Wiimote faceplate, and a 5" vinyl figure of Mickey himself.

Epic Mickey is being designed by the famed Warren Spector, known for his work in designing the acclaimed FPS/RPG hybrid Deus Ex, released for the PC in 2000 and the PS2 in 2002. Epic Mickey sees Disney's mascot mouse venture into the "Cartoon Wasteland" to confront one of his oldest enemies, The Phantom Blot. Along the way, he must also gain the trust of the Wasteland's first inhabitant, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

Toys 'R' Us has a price of $69.99 for the Collector's Edition, and an estimated shipping date of November 15th, 2010, although this date has not been officially confirmed.
