In the latest issue of Famitsu, Square Enix has revealed a remake of the classic Super Famicom tactical RPG Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. The new game, titled Tactics Ogre: Wheel of Fortune, is for the PlayStation Portable and features Yasumi Matsuno as game designer, Hiroshi Minagawa (art director of the original) as director, Akihiro Yoshida and Tsubasa Masao as character designers, and Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata as composers. This will not just be a port of the original as much as a reimagining.

Wheel of Fortune may keep the Super Famicom visual style, but the gameplay is being modified. The overhead view can be changed, new skills and classes have been added, and battles have now grown in scale from a max of ten versus ten to twelve versus eighteen. No release date has been announced as of yet nor has the company stated any plans for a stateside release. However, according to Siliconera, Square Enix has trademarked Wheel of Fortune in North America, so we can only hope for now.

**UPDATE: Square Enix has confirmed that the official title will be Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together when the game comes to North America. No release date has been set for either country at this time.
