Taito Lets Wanderers From Ys Wander A While Longer

Taito has announced that its PlayStation2 remake of Ys III: Wanderers from Ys will no longer be released on September 30th. The company did not offer any reason for the delay, nor did it provide any indication as to when the title might now be expected to appear.

Wanderers from Ys was released originally in 1991 across a variety of systems ranging from the NES to the Genesis. An indefinite delay is never a good sign for a game, particularly regarding its prospects of a North American release.
