Atlus recently announced new story details regarding its upcoming PlayStation 2 title Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of Time.

The story of Growlanser IV will focus on a war between four countries on the continent of Norveau. As if that wasn't bad enough, supernatural beings have descended upon the world to punish humanity. It is up to a mercenary to face destiny and battle the supernatural beings for the sake of the world.

Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of Time will arrive in Japanese stores sometime in the fourth quarter of this year. A North American release has not been announced yet.
